Welcome to Fjord-research.net The Fjord Research Network (FjoRNet) is a new and still informal association of institutions and researchers which dedicate to fjord-related natural science. The aim is to interlink the research activities in fjord regions and this way promote fjord-related research, enhance exchange of results and experience and facilitate cooperative projects. Although the main focus is on marine habitats, the strong terrestrial-marine coupling in fjord environments makes it essential to see the system as a unit and to include terrestrial topics.  Please let us know of any errors you discover, missing data or new information that should be added.
